Chip'n WIN AMOE: handwritten mail-in requests
Chip’n WIN requires a 12-digit request code plus your account number and contact details.
Chip’n WIN’s postal procedure describes 1 Sweepstakes Coin for an accepted request. Obtain the code first, since it appears on both the paper and envelope.
Materials
- Verified account, #10 envelope and white paper at least 3 × 5 inches.
- Black pen, postage and your account number.
Complete the request
Get the code
In your profile, open Promo, then Alternative Request Code. Save the one-use 12-digit code.
Write the paper
Use black handwriting. Begin with Chip’n WIN Free Entry Request, then account number, code, legal name, date of birth, phone number, account email and residential address, in that order.
Write the envelope
At the upper left include the free-entry-request label, www.chipnwin.com, return address and the same code.
Use the same request code on the paper and envelope. Mail it
