The 20 Onyx Cash minimum does not mean requests can be made and processed as often as you like. Onyx processes one request in each five-day period, with additional payment and verification time possible. That limits the usefulness of the low threshold if frequent access to prizes matters to you.
Before you redeem: Collected Sweeps Cash must be played at least once in a qualifying game with odds of -500 or longer before prize eligibility. Higher playthrough may apply. Opposite selections, Onyx Cash Out and mini-games such as Onyx Blackjack do not produce redeemable winnings.
Only one prize redemption request is processed per account in each five-day period. Onyx may also apply weekly and monthly caps.
Identity checks and verification
