If a rating is missing, we do not treat that as zero or as a verdict on the casino. A rating is one piece of context; read the offer conditions, redemption details and other information alongside it.

Clarity and fairness of terms, transparency, consistency over time, and meaningful past issues where we can substantiate them.
Redemptions and payments

Different redemption methods can have different minimums or conditions. We keep those distinctions visible rather than treating every prize or currency as interchangeable.
Games and features

Value of offers
