Under the payout rules, Coin Wizard may return part of a redemption to cards used for purchases, with at least 24 hours' email notice. Any excess goes to the requested payout method.
Before you redeem: Unplayed SC must be used in games; only resulting Redeemable SC winnings qualify. Unplayed SC are spent before Redeemable SC.
Identity checks and verification
Jumio verification before a redemption request: front and back of a valid state-issued driver's licence or non-driver photo ID, plus a selfie. Passports are not accepted. Additional ID, address, SSN and payment-ownership checks may be requested.
Limits and fees
$15 is deducted from returned Redeemable SC when an ACH payout is rejected or declined.
