Bank redemptions require at least one successful card purchase on the account. Crypto purchases require redemption in the same cryptocurrency to a compatible wallet. FIAT purchases require FIAT redemption to a compatible bank account. You cannot switch between FIAT and cryptocurrency while Stake Cash remains in your wallet. Without a successful card purchase, crypto redemption may still be available if the balance meets the redemption minimum and covers applicable fees.
