Modo operates a multi-tier VIP Ranks program, with players earning VIP points through Gold Coin or Sweeps Coin gameplay. Higher ranks unlock Click N' Claim bonuses, package discounts, birthday rewards, login boosts, priority support, dedicated hosts, and expedited redemptions, with Black Diamond available by invitation only.

Most requests are processed within 24 hours; some payments can take up to 30 days. After Modo sends the payout, standard ACH typically takes 3–5 business days. ACH is sent Sunday–Thursday, with holiday delays possible. Gift cards are often instant and Trustly Instant typically arrives within minutes after approval.
Cash prizes generally require at least 50 sufficiently played-through SC, and gift cards require 20 SC, unless your account displays a different minimum. Debit-card payouts require an eligible Visa or Mastercard previously used to purchase on Modo; prepaid cards are excluded. PayPal requires uploading its direct-deposit form for approval.
