Funrize AMOE: Promotional Entries or Free Plays
Follow Funrize's current card format and select the reward you are requesting.
The official Funrize entry page specifies 1 Promotional Entry or five Free Plays at a 0.20 play level for an accepted request.
Prepare
- Age 21 or older with an active, verified account in an eligible location; standard white, unlined, unfolded #10 envelope.
- White, unlined, unfolded 4 by 6 inch index card. Use one side and a single ink color.

Write the account fields
In order: legal name, account email, username and registered residential address.
Choose the reward
Copy the current official declaration for Promotional Entries or Free Plays. Insert the contest month and clearly identify your choice. Sign immediately below and date it MM/DD/YYYY.
Mail one card
Handwrite the envelope to the address below, add correct postage and send from the same state as your verified residential address.
