Materials
- Verified account and a #10 envelope.
- White paper at least 3 × 5 inches, a legible pen and postage.
Write and address
Identify your account
Handwrite your legal name, registered email, username and residential address, in that order.
Copy the declaration
Use the exact current UTech promotional-contest wording from Jackpot Rabbit’s official instructions. Replace its month placeholder with the relevant contest month.
Send the request
Write your return address in the envelope’s upper-left corner. Address it to:
