Prepare the request
Generate a code
After account verification, open Sweepstakes Rules, follow the Sweepstakes Coins Request Code link and choose Request Code. Record your unique 13-digit code and any expiry shown.
Write the card
At the upper left of the card, write the code. Below it, add your legal name, www.jackpota.com, registered return address and account email, then the declaration below. Match your verified account details. Use any paper dimensions specified with your code; no fixed size is established here.
Write the envelope
Use a #10 envelope. On the front, handwrite your return address, www.jackpota.com and Sweepstakes Coins, with the same code at the upper left. The documented postal destination is:
