Prepare
- Verified LuckySlots account; blank, white, unlined and unfolded 4 by 6 inch card or paper.
- Pen, stamped #10 envelope and a unique 12-digit Postal Request Code.
Write the request
Generate a code
While signed in, open Postal Request Code in the lobby, then Postal Request Codes. Each code is single-use and expires 60 days after it is displayed. It must still be valid when the request is processed, so posting before expiry is not enough.
Lay out the card
On one side, put the date at the top right and code at the top left. Beneath the code, write legal name, account email and registered residential address. Add the exact current LuckySlots declaration.
Prepare the envelope
Handwrite your return address at the top left and Free Coin Request Card beneath it. Insert one card and mail from your registered state or province.
