- Blank, white, unlined and unfolded 4 by 6 inch paper or postcard; standard white #10 envelope; pen and postage.
Complete the request
Record your access code
Find Access Code or AMOE Request Code while signed in. Each code is single-use, with a stated validity of 60 days.
Handwrite the card
List your legal name, account email, registered residential address and access code. Add the exact Moozi SC Promotional Rules declaration requesting 3 complimentary SC.
Handwrite the envelope
Put your return address at the top left and Promotions Entries beneath it. Insert one request and address it as below.
