SpeedSweeps AMOE: handwritten mail-in requests
SpeedSweeps asks for your Player ID, a signed request and a maximum of one postal request per day.
SpeedSweeps’ postal procedure describes 4 Sweeps Coins per accepted request, limited to one request per day. Obtain your Player ID before writing; support can provide it if it is not visible in your account.
Materials
- Verified account; white #10 envelope; white, unlined 4 × 6 inch paper or index card.
- Legible pen and postage.
Prepare the request
Write the card
On one side, write legal name, account email, Player ID, date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY, residential address, then SpeedSweeps Casino. Copy the current official request declaration. Immediately below it, sign your full name and add the signature date in MM/DD/YYYY.
Label the envelope
Handwrite the return address at the upper left and Sweepstakes Entries directly beneath it. Enclose one request.
