Sportzino AMOE: mail-in request instructions
Prepare a unique Mail Code and send Sportzino's 5 Sweeps Coin request to its Canadian mailing address.
Sportzino's postal request is for 5 Sweeps Coins. Use an eligible active account, blank paper, a pen and a stamped #10 envelope. Complete required verification before redeeming the resulting reward. Get the current declaration from the Sportzino Sweeps Rules.
Write and mail your request
Generate the Mail Code
Sign in and open Mail Code, then choose Request Code. Follow the waiting period displayed before requesting another code. A code already approved or declined cannot be reused.
Write the paper
On one side only, handwrite your legal name, account email, registered return address, user ID and Mail Code, in that order. Then add the exact official declaration, including the code where instructed.
Prepare the envelope
Handwrite your return address and the words Sweeps Coins on the front. Insert one request and address it as shown below.
