A June industry update reported that Blazesoft added Illinois to its restrictions, while later Zula rules document a product-specific sweepstakes exclusion.
A Gambling Insider update published June 25, 2026 reported that Blazesoft had added Illinois to its state restrictions. The report did not give an exact action date or identify which products or coin types were covered.
Earlier in the year, Illinois regulators had also challenged Yay Casino. In a February 4 letter, the Illinois Gaming Board said it had observed the site offering games to Illinois users on January 15 and demanded that it block Illinois residents or stop offering prizes through the service.
Later product terms show at least one specific restriction. Zula Casino's Sweepstakes Rules dated August 28 exclude Illinois from the permitted territory for sweepstakes participation.
