Real Prize listed Delaware among its excluded states in promotional rules dated August 21, 2026. Version 3.1 restricted who could access its services and take part in Sweepstakes Coin contests. Delaware players fell outside that eligibility.
The operator's homepage, reviewed on September 16, stated the access restriction more broadly: people residing in Delaware or accessing from the state could not use the platform. Its stated restriction covered access to the platform as a whole.
