Prepare
- Verified RealPrize account, #10 envelope and postage.
- Blank, white, unlined and unfolded 4 by 6 inch postcard or paper; blue pen.
Write your request
Complete one side
On one side, handwrite your full name as shown on government-issued ID and matching your username, account email and registered residential address, followed by the time and date you write the request. Resolve any name mismatch with RealPrize before mailing.
Use the required declaration
Add the exact statement from RealPrize's current Promotional Play Rules. It identifies REALPLAY and its Sweep Coins Mode Contests; do not substitute another casino's declaration.
Address the envelope
In blue ink, put your return address at the top left. Include Sweepstake Credits and realprize.com on the front, then the destination below.
