A Gambling Insider industry update published June 25, 2026 said B-Two had announced Tennessee exits effective July 13. The item did not name individual products or describe account, currency or redemption consequences.
The report followed state enforcement involving several casinos. On December 29, 2025, the Tennessee Attorney General said its cease-and-desist action named McLuck, Hello Millions, PlayFame and SpinBlitz, and that the listed recipients had indicated an intent to comply.

Later product pages documented Tennessee restrictions. McLuck's July 15 terms identify B-Two Operations Limited as operator and prohibit Tennessee. PlayFame's July 15 terms also prohibit Tennessee, but identify PlayFame Operations Limited as operator and B-Two Operations Limited as payment service agent.
